Earlier this year (2007) it won the bronze world medal at the New York International Film Festivals 2007 in the “PR Government and Municipal” category.
The DVD - titled GO! - was produced for the Network by London-based World Wide Pictures who were asked to focus on how the GOs help improve the quality of life of a wide range of people.
It featured case studies covering housing, regeneration, the fight against crime, rural initiatives, improving public health, education and skills, employment initiatives and European funding.
