Annual Progress Reports

The Transport Act 2000 requires most local transport authorities in England, outside London, to produce and implement a Local Transport Plan (LTP) in a way that takes account of statutory guidance issued by the Secretary of State.

Local Authorities have recently received funding for the three year period (2008/09 to 2010/11) through the Local Transport Capital Expenditure Settlement. 

Current settlement Letters for 2008/09 to 2010/11 (and also those for 2007/08) for all local authorities in the GOYH region can be viewed below in the sections "2008/09 Capital Transport Settlement" and "2007/08 Capital Transport Settlement."
