Running A Project

Projects have to submit claims for payment, prepare forms for auditing and publicise their activity. The information and links on this page are here to help project sponsors through these tasks.

Claims for Grant and Project Audit Requirements

When submitting a claim for grant the correct forms for each structural fund must be used. The grant offer letter will indicate the audit requirements for each project. To access forms and guidance click on the link to Claims and Audit Forms below.  ERDF Finance Guidance and Guidance on In-Kind Contributions is available in the Related Documents section.

Publicity for Funded Projects

Each funded project has a contractual obligation to ensure that the EU’s role in providing financial support is acknowledged in all publicity about the project and its activity. For EU publicity regulation, logos and guidance click on the link to Publicity below.

Article 4 Monitoring Visits

Article 4 of the European Regulation 438 requires Government Office to ensure that projects funded by Structural Funds adhere to the rules. Guidance to help projects prepare for an Article 4 visit is available. You can download that guidance in the Related Documents section.
