Monitoring Reports

Monitoring Reports are based on a survey of detailed beneficiary data, on businesses and individuals, returned by project sponsors.

Some of the reports accessible from this page have lower output and result figures than the achievements published in Programme Progress. This is because details are not available on all beneficiaries for a number of reasons:

1. There is insufficient data from some transition projects contracted or completed at the start of the Programme because a comprehensive data collection system had not yet been implemented.
2. There may be a time lag between the submission of aggregate data in claims and the return of detailed data from sponsors
3. Data collection systems are in the process of implementation in some of the Measures

In some reports an attempt has been made to aggregate the survey data towards the total outcomes. As more detailed data is obtained any discrepancy, between the survey data and the total outputs/results, will reduce and become more accurate.
