A list is maintained of all the projects that have received funding throughout the lifetime of the programme. It details the organisation delivering the project, the project title, the amount of grant contracted and the fund it draws its support from as well as the total value of the project.

Objective 1 has invested in three broad areas:

Business and Enterprises - to support innovation and growth in existing businesses and bring new investment in to South Yorkshire.

Development and Infrastructure - to bring forward development sites and property to accommodate business growth and to help tackle transport bottlenecks that constrain economic development.

People, Communities and Skills - to provide additional education and training to raise skills, increase educational attainment and tackle disadvantage in the labour market so that local people can access new jobs, as well as supporting community-led economic development in South Yorkshire's most disadvantaged communities.

The Programme Directorate also produces regular reports on the progress being made to achieving its targets. Its Research and Evaluation team undertake or commission evaluations of programme effectiveness, undertake and commission research and issue six monthly monitoring reports looking at progress against targets.
