East Riding Key Safe Campaign
On 31 January 2005, Safe Communities East Riding launched a county wide campaign designed to combat the latest trend in house burglaries committed specifically to steal car keys.
Using the slogan “Take me to Bed”, Safe Communities created a crime prevention package designed to help remind vehicle owners of the problems and to let potential offenders know that keys will be left out of sight.
