The Home Office Regional Research and Analysis Programme (RRAP) was established in 2002 and assists in the delivery of the Home Office strategy by providing research and analytical support to the Home Office Policing and Crime Standards Directorate and through directly supporting the Home Office Regional Deputy Directors and their teams.
