School Sports Co-ordinator partnerships help motivate young people through physical exercise. The award to Thomas Bennett Community College of £75,959 has been granted to provide a range of outdoor and adventurous activities to young people within the partnership. These activities will result in health, personal and social benefits to the young people taking part.
Margaret Cooney Big Lottery Fund Deputy Director of Policy and External Relations for England said: "This lottery funding is essential in helping provide a better lifestyle for the young people of today by encouraging them to participate in a variety of worthwhile activities.
