The Socially Excluded Adults Public Service Agreement (PSA 16) commits the government to radically improve the life chances of socially excluded adults by helping them get back on track to a more successful life. PSA 16 focuses on four client groups: people receiving secondary mental health services, people with moderate to severe learning disabilities, young people who have experienced care, and offenders under probation supervision.

The Social Exclusion Task Force (SETF), in partnership with the Improvement and Development Agency (I&DeA) is proud to launch the Socially Excluded Adults Public Service Agreement Community of Practice.
