Promoting Success – FRS and their work within North West LAAs

As detailed the FRS within the North West has been actively and positively engaged with partners in the development and delivery of Local Area Agreements.

Featured in this edition of the LAA news is one example of this work undertaken by Merseyside FRS, which is typical of the FRS approach across the North West.

This short video clip demonstrates the successful Youth Engagement work undertaken by the Service with its LAA Partners.

The film highlights both the diversity of approach and key strengths the FRS brings to the collective and cross cutting themes of an LAA, working in this example within the “Every Child Matters” agenda. Notably, Merseyside FRS was recognised for this type work by its award of Beacon Partner within the ‘Early Intervention’ (Children at risk) National Beacon theme for 2006/7.
