LAA Dry-run - NationalThe OPM report outlines the headline findings of the LAA dry-run negotiation process undertaken between April and July 2007. The objectives of the LAA dry-run (formerly LAA Feasibility testing) were to:
The report sets out headline messages emerging from reports submitted by the 17 partnerships, 9 GOs and 7 Government departments identifying what they had achieved during the dry-run, what remained outstanding and why, and key learning points.
