LAA Dry-Run - LocalCollegues from GONW, Oldham & Cumbria have been involved in dry-run negotiations for the new model LAA. To share the learning from the dry-run, each area and GONW produced reports setting out their experiences of the process. OPM have produced an overarching report, drawing together the views of 17 areas involved in the pilot and GONW hosted an event on 14 September to share the experience with NW Authorities.
