The North West Research and Analysis Forum has been established with a view to fulfilling a number of aims:
- To build a picture of crime and drugs related research in the North West region.
- To promote the sharing of ideas, skills and knowledge amongst researchers, policy makers and practitioners.
- To promote information sharing and access to data for research purposes.
- To support and encourage dialogue between researchers, policy makers and practitioners.
- To provide a mechanism for disseminating research findings.
Forums are held twice a year across the region.
