Mature and Working Life
The group aims to combat worklessness through a jobs pledge with the NHS acting as an example public sector employer in recruitment of out of work adults to current vacancies.
It is developing a coherent approach to the promotion and support of health and
well-being in the workplace, with research already underway.
The group will also support victims of domestic abuse by ensuring more
coherence of existing services and developing new ones if required.
The group will review progress against these priorities and consider its level
of involvement in the issue of migrant health.
