The County Durham and Darlington Local Resilience Forum (LRF) Community Risk Register (CRR) has been developed in accordance with the Chapter 4 of the Guidance to Part 1 of the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 – Emergency Preparedness and supplementary guidance from the Civil Contingencies Secretariat (2005 Local Risk Assessment Guidance dated 21 July 2005 and Additional Guidance on the Local Risk Assessment dated 22 September 2005).
Consultation has also taken place with ourselves and other LRFs in the North East Region. The publication now at Version 2.0 updated in May 2006 is available via the related document links below.
