Participatory Budgeting: A Draft National Strategy - Giving more people a say in local spending

The purpose of the consultation is to seek views on the draft Participatory Budgeting Strategy. Specifically, the document seeks views on the strategy as a plan to achieve the Government's ambition for participatory budgeting to be used in all local authority areas by 2012.
