Change of Regional Director at GOL

Liz Meek will be leaving the Government Office for London this spring to take up a new role as regional director of Government Office for the North West. Liz was a founder member of the GO London when it was established in 1994 and became Regional Director in 2001. She has been closely involved with some of the most significant policy developments for the capital during the past 15 years including the development of the policy and legislation to set up the London Mayor and Assembly in 2000 and preparation of London 2012 Olympic bid.
