Home Office Autumn Performance

Published: Thu, 06 Dec 2007 00:00:00
Falling crime in high crime areas, improvements in police performance, a drop in those making unfounded asylum claims and a reduction in the overall harm caused by drugs are some of the key achievements set out in the 2007 Autumn Performance Report (APR) published by the Home Office this week. The APR is a stock-take of the Home Office`s performance against its five Public Service Agreement (PSA) targets and reviews its progress on its two most recent targets. It covers progress against targets that the Home Office is solely responsible for delivering and also those targets that it jointly owns with other departments, such as the Ministry of Justice, Crown Prosecution Service, Department of Health, and Department for Children, Schools and Families.
