London Flood Response Strategy Launched

The plan, launched on Monday, has been produced to prepare London’s civil authorities for the unlikely prospect of a major flood. It identifies the main flood risks to London from the Thames and its tributaries, and provides a framework to ensure a co-ordinated response to a flood. The Plan has been prepared by the London Resilience Team of the Government Office for London and has been endorsed by the London Regional Resilience Forum.
