Anti-Social Behaviour Scheme Pilot

Published: Tue, 03 Oct 2006 01:00:00
Eleven county courts, including Lambeth, Bow and Central London, are to take part in a yearlong pilot scheme to improve the flow of information between agencies involved in anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases, it was announced on 1 October. Civil courts will get the information they need to ensure the smooth progress of cases and a new ASB co-ordinator will act as the main point of contact between parties and the court and will identify how and where communication can be strengthened. The co-ordinator will also have other roles including monitoring legislation and identifying training needs.
