a place, the programme aims to achieve three things:

In London there are two
pilot areas participating in the scheme: Croydon and Lewisham.
GOL is working in
conjunction with the pilots and with other areas to identify public
service challenges that have a high impact on efficiency and make a real
difference to the lives of local people.
