GOL will develop and deliver key programmes on behalf of the Home
Office/Ministry of Justice, Department for Children Schools and Families,
Communities and Local Government and other Departments for the benefit of
London and Londoners.
Our measures of success are:
- A successful Young London Matters Programme.
- Successful initiatives to reduce crime, improve community safety and
counter-terrorism are developed, funded and delivered.
- All Local Authorities to have agreed funding with the HCA to help them
meet housing targets and vulnerable home owners are protected from
repossession.
- The European Regional Development Fund and the European Social Fund
programmes are effectively closed down.
