The Government Office for London represents central government across the capital, delivering policies and programmes in the London region on behalf of eleven central government departments, and reflecting London’s views back to Whitehall. Government Office’s aim is to make London a better place: healthy, safe, clean and green, and investing in children and economic development.

We lead on ensuring the delivery of the Every Child Matters agenda in London.
