The advice provides clear spending priorities in three key inter-related areas of transport, housing and economic development over the period 2005/06 – 2015/16. Regions were invited to submit the advice as part of the devolved decision making initiative announced in the last Spending Review to enhance regional input to Government policy and decision making.
