Business Plan

The Corporate Plan for the Regional Co-ordination Unit (RCU) and Government Office (GO) network sets out, at a corporate level, the role that the Government Offices have in bringing policies together at a regional level.

The RCU Corporate Plan for 2006-2007 is currently being developed, but the 2004-2005 Business plan can be downloaded using the link below.
