Managing Standard Processes - How are they changing?

On behalf of the Secretary of State for the Environment, the Government Office for North East manages the processing of all applications for statutory orders for rights of way. The network will consider a similar approach for the following statutory casework: 

  • stopping up orders
  • call-ins
  • planning and listed building casework
  • compulsory purchase order     
  • trees and high hedges casework
